Welcome To our store!
Our store is run by myself and my 2 daughter who are currently learning to crochet. We love the time we spend on our projects together and love making all the items we make. We hope you enjoy your items as much as we enjoyed making them for you!
Payment is expected with in 3 day's of initial order. If payment is not received with in that time frame your order will be terminated and you will have to re-order if you still want the item.
We accept PayPal and Credit Card payments
We Ship daily via USPS. Your item will ship within 1 - 2 business days of cleared payment. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information by email once your shipping label has been printed.
All refund requests must be received within 8 days of package being marked delivered by the USPS. Any refund requests received after that 8 days will automatically be denied.
If a refund is needed due to damaged item from shipping neglect or item arrives not as described you will receive a full refund after the items have been returned to us, and we will refund the return shipping charges.
If you are requesting a refund for another reason, we will refund the original purchase price and shipping charges after we have received the returned item. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Item exchanges are excepted. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for the exchange.
Once your package is marked “delivered” by the USPS, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. We will not track lost packages or file claims with the USPS if your package has not arrived you are responsible for contacting the USPS
